About Artemis Essentials

 

Hello! Thank you for visiting my page. My name is Alicia Watts; I am the owner and operator of Artemis Essentials, LLC. My goal is to provide personalized holistic care for individuals with terminal illness at their end of life. It is my dream to serve clients and their families during this intimate time.

I have been a Registered Nurse in New York State for over thirteen years! My experience includes caring for patients in critical care and med-surg units as well as experience in nursing leadership. In addition to being an RN, I have experience as an EMT. I have completed the coursework to be a Certified End-Of-Life-Doula or EOLD through the University of Vermont: Larner College of Medicine.

I have taken care of countless patients and families during expected and unexpected end of life situations. Each client and family would receive expert care based on my past experience and education.

I believe that death is a topic that can be uncomfortable to talk about however, we will all be affected by death either in our own or the passing of loved ones. Having an EOLD during the end-of-life process can help start or further conversations along that might otherwise be too emotional to have within circles of friends and family.
